hi! I am currently a freshman in the same program in one of the hardest engineering school in our country. This is the video that I currently need to give me a boost of motivation ( and it actually did, thanks! ) because computer engineering and math is slowly making me lose my sanity LOL.
It is comforting to know that there are more people in this world that are happy simply by spending time programming, learning about STEM, discovering new coffee shops, enjoying taking notes, listening to music and so on. An introvert's wonderland for my particular taste

typically, I use my ipad for everything that's not practice exams/exam revision. but since i've either forgotten or lost my apple pencil, i had to switch to paper for this semester 😭

that's so fun!! how is it to work as a game dev?! i'm terrified of it due everything by i've heard regarding the work-life balance, but i've wanted to create my own game since I was like 11 years old, so i figured this was my chance to actually give it a shot. i'm really looking forward to working on it 😭😭
you should def look into your curriculum's requirements before deciding. I know that at my school, a lot of classes require the use of software that is unavailable on mac os, so if your laptop is your only machine, you'd be better off with a windows computer. I personally prefer macbooks for programming since they're unix-based, but it means I have to use my desktop whenever I have to use specific software.

just visiting family! we usually bring our dog with us, but since we had a bunch of health appointments scheduled, we figured Kuma would have a better time staying in Canada with other family members. He's doing really well though and we can't wait to see him again in 2-ish weeks!! i definitely relate to you though, it's hard to make sure i spend enough time with Kuma during exams. He's such a loving boy that he's extremely happy laying on my legs while i study 🥹 we still play a lot/go on walks during exams, but i always feel so bad during my exam period
