I have 2 Shibas both black and tan. They have distinct personalities but both very loyal and affectionate. They can be very entertaining and funny to watch. They are no lap dogs though.

I have a Black and Tan, he's 15 and his name is Jiro! Jiro in Japanese's is loosely translated to mean 3rd son and Jiro is my 3rd dog!

J’ai regardé vos vidéos totalement par hasard et quelle surprise en voyant que nous allons avoir un Shiba de chez Marylin également!! Trop mimi Riley 🥰🥰 comment avez-vous fait les premières nuits? Vous l’avez laissé dans son parc? Vous l’avez sorti? ☺️

Oh super 😊 Les premières nuits on a dormi a ses côtés dans le salon. Il restait dans son parc qui n’était pas fermé. Ensuite on a dormi a l’étage et lui est resté seul en bas, toujours dans son parc mais fermé cette fois pour ne pas qu’il monte. Mais on a finalement rapidement démonté le parc en voyant qu’il était sage et ne faisait pas de bêtises 🙂 En pleine journée il n’a quasiment jamais été enfermé dans le parc, juste quelques fois quand on est sorti.

Love your video. Riley is so cute. Going to get a black and tan one myself, and was wondering what was your first night experience with him? Did you ever used a crate or just the play pen?

Hi! We only used the play pen so he could spent the first few nights in it and felt better in a small space but we actually never locked it unless we were out (it happened just a few times). When we saw that he didn't do any damage, we took the play pen away.
