What a poignant song about the futility of war and those in charge sending young men to die needlessly on foreign soil. No war has ever served a purpose except to bury million of wasted lives, lives that had so much to give and do. Your day will come putin. Not lost that ability to put into words and a tune a song about the situation. Thanks for posting and sharing John.
Fischer Z es una banda con un sello propio, inconfundible... lo que les hace grandes... sin duda, una de las bandas más infravaloradas de la Historia...
This song's vibes reminds me of how i felt hearing Glen Hansard the first time--not sure if it's a timbre or accent thing, but it resonates in my soul. Thanks for another great tune to live by, Fischer-Z.
hello john. i've been an enthusiastic listener of your music since the 80s. you hit the nail on the head with this song. i can't add anything to that except that it's sad but true. many greetings from germany and please go on with your fantastic songs. ps: why isn't there a reissue of "going deaf for a living" on vinyl yet?
