ok i'm so proud of this one actually
listening back to it it may not sound the bestest but i'm pretty happy with how i had a vision for this song in my head and it actually came together how i wanted. hooray!
this song was mainly inspired by Splatoon, especially Wet Floor. it was originally going to be a mock Wet Floor song, but i am not very good at making the instrumentation sound any good. so i decided to reuse the idea for this project, mixing it with some heavy inspiration from Pinball Scuffle from Kirby Mass Attack. i don't really like the use of my annoyingly reused melody in the last section of the song, but i had decided i would stick to the bit and put it in every song in the game (it genuinely is).
this song plays during the actual gameplay of the game.
Fish Failure is an asymmetric competitive 2-player game made by four-person team Hypothetical Rice (Winter (i can't draw), yonakoi, h1k4r1, and PurpleHatsOnCats). It currently only exists as a demo that is not public, and we plan on working and polishing it (if we still maintain some of our motivation for the project). I made some songs and sound effects for the game. I may work on these songs in the future to improve them, especially if we continue to work on the game as a team. But I decided I should also post them because I haven't posted in anything on my channel in forever. Subscribe or something if you want to hear more Fish Failure news. Feel free to use the songs in your own projects if you'd like, just please put my username somewhere (i can't draw) and please don't just reupload the song.
