Fish Biriyani in Rice Cooker / Pomfret Biriyani / Fish Biriyani
A very simple method to prepare Fish Biriyani using Rice Cooker..Biriyani will be perfect. This way it will remain WARM till served.
We can do it in four easy steps.
Step 1_Marinating the fish(approximately 10 minutes)
Step 2_Cooking the Rice in Rice cooker(10 minutes)
Step 3_Preparing the Fish Masala. This step will take 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 4_Mixing the Rice and Fish Masala to make the Biriyani (10 minutes)
Try this way,you will find it easy.
Any fleshy fish with less bones (Seer/Nenmeen,Spanish Mackerel) can be used.
Here I am using Pomfret/ആവോലി
Enjoy with Raita and Pickle.
Ingredients(for 3numbers)
Fish. 400 gms
Basmati Rice 2 cups
Onions. 250 gms
Tomato. 1 big
Green Chillies 8or9
Ginger. 1big piece
Garlic. 8or9cloves
Spices,Curry Leaves, Corriander Leaves
Ghee,Oil, Cashews,Raisins
