700 g Tuna Fish (Note 1)
1 TSP Ginger Paste
1 TSP Garlic Paste
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Lime Juice
1/2 TSP Salt
Frying
3 - 4 Potatoes (Medium)
Pinch of Yellow Food Colouring
Pinch of Salt
3 Onions (Medium)
Marinade
1 TSBP Cumin Seeds (Roasted)
1 Star Anis
5 Cardamon Pods
5 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 TSP Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 TSP Garam Masala
1/2 Medium Onion (Paste)
2 TSP Ginger Paste
2 TSP Garlic Paste
3 TBSP Yogurt Plain
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Fried Onion
3 TBSP Oil (Oil used to fry the onion)
1 1/2 TSP Salt
1 to 1 1/4 Cup Water
Par Boiled Rice
450 g Basmati Rice
2 TSP Cumin Seeds
1 Cinnamon Sticks
5 Cardamon Pods
1 TSBP Oil
Saffron:
1 TSP Saffron Threads
1/4 Cup Hot Milk
Pinch Yellow Food Colouring
1/4 Cup Water
Fried onions
1 TBSP Ghee
1 TSP Oil (Oil used to fried onion)
Notes:
1. Tuna Fish - Careful not to over cook the fish as it will make the fish dry. Fry the fish 2 minutes on each side. You can also use any other preferred fish.
