How I wish I was on the boat with Nami when she sets off to the village market This dish is fit for the kings. So many layered spicy flavours. Bincys hand movements as she slides the lid off the pot and tips the rice into the urali, has the grace of a dancer. The background music is beautiful, specially from 6:11 when it changes tempo. It sounds like Amit Trivedi's musical creations. "Ellavarum kayyu kezhuku. Bhakshanam ippolu iddakkam. Nami kudi kyan ulla vellam iddikku" How warmly and graciously Bincy welcomes her guests to her table.
