Fish buns (Maalu bun) are a great snack when hungry suddenly strike you.The fish bun is one of Sri Lanka's most beloved short-eats.

Mallika this is one receipe which explained very well (comparatively). Adding a little sauce to the mixture was a novel thing. Also the advise given for the duration of preheating was very worth. Regds Bernard
