Hey Mick, mate! Great vid on Mackay fish market! But…. I gotta ask why you don’t keep the gold spots? And rather a smelly grassy lip? The grassys are stinky fish to clean and delicious, but the gold spots are a greasy fish to clean. but .. out of the two, hands down I’m going to go to the poor man’s trout! Gold spot every time, they are so under rated for their eating quality? Shitty fish to clean but absolutely delicious? Do me favour and keep one and cook it up , one time, the old way , flour, little curry powder and butter? Served with lemon and a shake of salt! It was such a shame on that fish going back , it was perfect size too.❤

So good bro i been dragging the 4.35 wider and wider went 90k's off the other day was so sick fishing the flats for the first time. with that first trout it had black spots on it the other day i got one and the meat was a bit suss ever had that. ?
