Atlast I found an authentic recipe for fish cutlets, especially the coating (Pane) of the cutlets, I made cutlets today with salmon and haddock. It tasted the same as I tasted in Sri Lankan restaurants in Sri Lanka. The best coating method. Spot on. It was so crispy and delicious. Thank you.

aunty I made cutlets yesterday. but I used salmon. I used Yorkshire guidelines and it came out well. it was very tasty and didn't break any of them when I deep fried. thanks aunty. I wish you all the best and I'll be trying more your recipes. thank you once again.

Hi Anoma Aunty.I really love your cooking and I am learning so much. I am writing everything down. I tried the vanbathu mojuwa ,cashew curry it come so tasty. Even today I learnt something useful on the fish cutlets. I did not know by adding flour to the egg paste it makes it good. Thanks a lot

Why is it that everytime im looking for tamil cooking its always in tamil language. Please make videos in english so others can understand and u will get more viewers as not everyone looking to cook sri lankan food is tamil. My husband is tamil but i am not and i would love to cook him some authentic sri lankan tamil food but can never find it in english. The closet it get is south indian!
