My family & I do fry fish pieces in the coating of sorts, depending upon varieties of spice powders & abit salt, we uses. Because some of us like to add abit extra salt after frying. Just whatever, we're in the mood of. Sauces would be tartar sauce, chipotle sauce & other kinds of sauces.
