I really like the separate videos for cooking and catching. I’ll save cooking videos and re-watch them when I want to try something new with the fish we catch. The catch videos I watch one time and move on. This makes it a lot easier to locate the videos that I want to rewatch.
Twinwork = equals great teamwork! Okay, here's a word you rarely ever get to use, but is PERFECT for you two; you are VIVACIOUSNESS EMBODIED!! You really are just warm, wacky & wonderful which-when added to your relentless drive and deep passion & skills as fisherwomen & guides makes you-for me-the most compelling facebook or youtube channel going!
Thank you for sharing your recipe! I eat fish at least once a week, and 90% of the time, I fry it (I shallow pan fry though, instead of deep frying). My favorite method for frying fish, especially flaky white fish, is to use yellow mustard as the binding agent (rather than egg or milk) and then just normal white flour. It doesn't seem like it would work well, or taste good, but you honestly cannot taste the mustard from the coating at ALL. It makes the fish just as crispy as using egg, it's not as messy, and it's really cheap. I used to use egg and cornmeal as my go-to for really good fried fish, but now I only use mustard and flour. Keep up the good work girls!
I used it on blueline tilefish and its incredible! What a difference! The family starts eating the fish before I can get it to a platter. I will use the Panko for frying from now on. The family says, “Thank you GFT’s!”
🙈 Didn’t make the tarter sauce. My wife makes a gourmet tarter sauce that I keep telling her to put on the market! I’ll make it next go around and let you know!
New sub here. Enjoy you ladies abilities and tips. Also appreciate that your channel is family friendly and you don’t need clickbait pics of your backsides in the thumbnail! Stay true to yourselves, you’re doing great. Texas guy here wishing I was down in the Florida Keys after your videos
So glad i came across your videos, absolutely love you two. I know nothing about fishing but i do love boats so 🤷♂️. Keep up the amazing work. Hopefully one day ill make it out to Florida and book a charter to go fishing with you .... in the mean time stay safe. Much love from Canada!!!!!
Great Video..next time I fry fish gonna try your tarter sauce recipe..looks yummy. My 15 year old daughter loves watching you guys and she loves to fish!
Awesome job, I just watched your new video. Three things come to mind, first, you two really know your way around the kitchen. Second, both fried fish recipes look delicious. Finally, this is for your followers, as a result of your video, but the fear of frying fish should be removed. You two made it look flawless and fun! #frostedflakes
That looks terrific we don't have that kind of fish where I live in PA but I'll find a different fish to use any suggestions and I also wanted to say that I don't hear you speak of your parents in your videos but I know they must be so proud of yous I know iam and I don't even know yous lol well til next time
I love how the sunglasses are on the head and ready for heading out to the boat at a moment's notice. The fish nuggets look fantastic! I'm definitely trying the tartar sauce recipe!

Next time try salt and pepper your fish and a light coat of yellow mustard instead of egg and coat it in corn meal the mustard really gives it a great flavor
@@GaleForceTwins I cooked for a long time Captains and this is a solid tip from Peter! Go ahead and use the basket, drop the basket in the oil, then after at least 30 seconds or so pick up the basket & give it a sharp, brief shake & return to oil & everything will separate for you! Works great whether doing fries, tater tots, fish, clam strips, crawfish tails, whatever your little hearts desire!
Twins work makes the tides work or turn. Your choice 😀 Oh man that cobia looked so good. Then you started talking about mahi and then you started talking about those striped barricudas (wahoo) Shame on you ladies, you’re starving me and it’s only 8am here now. I’m sending this to my wife to see if she would like to try your tartar sauce. She is a very picky eater and I might swing by the local seafood market and see what they have. Hopefully bay scallops for me or a swordfish steak and flounder or whiting for my wife. We wish calm seas, tight lines and screaming drags for you ladies!
Also, if my wife and I wanted to snorkel and fish do you ladies do both? We are over 50 so we won’t last too long snorkeling. Lol Do you have a website to check out?
"TWIN WORK'S MAKES THE VIEWERS SMILE!" FYI= You can use my Trade mark for this channel P.S. I have two twin friends near where I live that own a Marine Mechanic's shop called Twin Team Marine.
Would y'all believe that cooking oil hot enough to strike a strike anywhere match. Is the perfect temperature to fry fish in. This is how I've done it since I was 8 years old. My daddy taught me and it's never let me down. And I'm 55 years old now. Just drop 1match in when the cooking oil starts. Shimmering around wait like 30 seconds if it doesn't light take it out. Try again with a new match in a couple minutes. Repeat until it lights your match. Within 30 seconds. Don't worry your oil won't catch fire . But the match will make a sound when it lights up. Sorry so long but I love to cook and share things
little girl,if you fry fish and you get your temperature of oil to 375F , you might want to tell some of your viewers that any kind of oil is actually not good for frying . Olive oil burns at 180 for example , they will have a bunch of smoke if they try . I dont want you to be liable , idiots do it then sue . Nice wrk though, keep it up!
