Fish Curry Powder - 4-5 Tbsp
Chili Powder - 3 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tbsp
Water - 3-4 Cups
Onion - 1 Medium Sized Cut In Half Rings
Salt - As Required To Taste
For Fish Head Curry
Oil - As Required
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Onion- 2 Medium Large Cut In Half Rings
Garlic - 10 Cloves (Skin Pealed)
Curry Leaves (*1) - 2-3 Stalks
Indian Round Eggplant - 2-3 Pcs Medium Sized Cut Into 4 Wedges
Green Chili - 4-5 Split Half
Tomato (*1st) - 2 Pcs Medium Sized Cut Into 4 Wedges
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Curry Paste Mixture - Pour In
Tamarind Juice -1/2 Cup
Salt - As Required To Taste
Coconut Milk - 1 Cup/300 ML
Fish Head (Red Snapper)- 1 Kg (I’m Using Ikan Merah)
Okra - 10 Pcs
Tomato (*2) - 2 Pcs Small Sized Cut Into Wedges
Curry Leaves (*2) - 2-3 Stalks
