calling cheating a mistake is a bad copout. accidentally dropping a glass or knocking something over is a mistake. if you intentionally do something, that isn't a mistake.
I don't suffer from "dryness" at all. Sex feels great.. but the next day I will be sore. Probably because I only have sex sporadically... and probably atrophy is occurring. I haven't had a UTI since I was in my 20's, luckily. No incontinence of any kind... I'm lucky so far, I guess. I want to address my issue before it gets any worse. I put my self on otc Estrogen and Progesterone cream as soon as I officially entered menopause. Continued the HRT for 6 years. Recently, I took myself off off. I was celibate for years, but recently met someone much younger and sex is great for the most part, but I need to address my issues.
