TODAY'S RECIPE IS Fish Kabab Recipe | Fish Potato Kabab | Rui Fish Kebab Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Cook for 2 mins
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Mix well
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli 2 pieces
Cook for 2 mins
Rui fish (boiled & mashed) 1/2 cup
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Cook for 2 mins
Mix well
Cool for 5 mins
1 egg
Breadcrumbs 1/3 cup
Parsley
Mix well
Grease hands with oil
Make kebab
You can store it in the freezer up-to 3 months
Fry until golden brown
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
