Nice work Bud, following the law to the letter, more people need to do that then there won't be so many problems. I would love to live where you are, I'm in Edmonton Alberta Canada right now working, but I actually live in Vancouver British Columbia. We have lots of fish there.

First off, why are you fishing so close to that buoy? You need to get some distance so you don't get cut off. Second, you need more weight on your line. When you strip the the line, don't pull it off from the reel. That's a good way to get a tangle. Pull it from outside the rod. Third, you need a mono topshot coming off the braid. That braid is dangerous to pull on. The mono is easier to work with and get you some stretch in your line so you don't lose fish.
