Ich würde an deiner Stelle nur heißes und kein kochendes Wasser nehme . Ich habe das gestern ausprobiert, und der Lachs war schon unter der Haut gargekocht. Ist nur ein Vorschlag,viel Spaß 🌻

I don’t eat salmon a lot but I would think cutting it like that would dry it out. Also was told by a cook friend of mine to keep the skin on even if you don’t like it. It helps maintain a lot of the moisture inside the fish.

@@rubyjimenez8734 you are seriously missing out. Besides the nutrients, the taste of freshly grilled salmon skin is amazing in my opinion. I know we all have different tastes but maybe you didnt have it prepared right when you tried. I would give it a second chance 💁🏻‍♂️

Salmon is over cooked, by cutting it like that then draping it over the peppers you expose more surface area. There for it should take less time to cook. 350 at say 5 to 6 min. Unless you like dried out salmon.

I guess it looked neat but just ruined the fish. I like to ruin things as much as the next guy. Someone else’s plumbing or electrical in their home. Or ruin their home and belongings. But even a scoundrel like me I find that offensive.

Рыбу люблю без специй , только соль и перец! У неё нежный вкус и легко его перебить . И рыбу лучше не резать , а дать ей возможность быть с соком . И потом так классно брать её слоистые кусочки .

Oh my goodness!!!😮 Boiling water on perfectly good salmon!!!🫣Here in Alaska this would not be acceptable. Salmon should stay as chilled as possible until cooking to keep it from tasting “fishy.” and cooking it with the skin on retains the nutrients and the moisture. If you grill the skin side, the skin can actually be sprinkled with salt and eaten.

Look I love Salmon, but I marinate mine in fresh squeezed lemon 🍋 juice, vegetable broth, and season rubs, preferably overnight. Then I stick mine in the Air Fryer. P.s. this is exactly how I cook my corn 🌽 except with a fraction of the butter, and more seasoning. I legitimately thought I was the only person who bakes their corn on the cob with honey in fold paper. And here is was thinking I was special, and it's already been done before. I am humbled. P.s. the only reason why I mention the air Fryer is because I am not skilled to cook salmon in a pan. I the skin always sticks. At least in the air Fryer I don't have to use butter.

After the pan is well heated lower the flame to lowest, wait for a while and then place the fish on it... If the fish still seems to be sticking, leave it for some more time, once the cooking is done the flesh will release the pan automatically. Hope this helps

Super everything.. Pacific salmon only, not bred artificially in Norway.. and corn baked without this harmful aluminum foil.. everything in the oven, not on carcinogenic coal.. Super wszystko.. łosoś tylko pacyficzny nie hodowlany sztucznie w Norwegii.. a kukurydza pieczona bez tej szkodliwej foli aluminiowej..w piekarniku wszystko a nie na rakotwórczym węglu.. Depends on the texture and moisture of the meat you're dealing with. Sometimes oil could help it spread into the meat especially when it comes to chicken.
