We were really skeptical of this Fijian recipe but we've heard from many people that it's really really tasty, so we decided to try it out. Neither Koroi or Jonathan had ever made it so here we go!

Try adding eggplant cut into 4 and left whole, and round cabbage done same way. That banana taste will flavor the vegs, try it

This is a delicious recipe, its different from the normal chicken and fish recipe we have daily. One of my favorites. Even the 1/2 ripe pawpaw works.
