Awesome overview and unboxing of the CZ-21. I just got mine today and am excited to try it out. I have an old Minelab Excalibur that I didn't take care of and the batteries failed, two Minelab Equinox 800's (one with the excellent 4" coil and the other one with the 6" Coiltek) plus three Garrett's and a Tesoro. I purchased the CZ-21 because I am going diving in Hawaii at the end of the year and my Equinox will only go down 10'. Upon setting up the CZ-21 it is extremely heavy--twice as heavy as the Equinox. The Excalibur underwater detector detects direction underneath the entire coil and not in a conical shape like the CZ-21. I don't believe any underwater detector could pick up more targets than the Excalibur, but digging in the surf with it takes digging a huge area. I bought the CZ-21 so I can pinpoint the target much faster than the Excalibur. The reviews of the CZ-21 look excellent. I would love to read some more reviews of how well this unit does when diving. Great video. Thank you. How much does the control box weigh? I have had tennis elbow in both arms from metal detecting. I would need to hip or chest mount this machine if I bought it.
