Ive never tried squid but i have tried octopus and i didnt like how it was like eating rubber. That being said Id definitely try squid if it were offered to me at like a restaurant or whatever. This was definitely a pretty cool video of the whole process. I dont think they left out any part of the process.

10 years ago a box of 3 lbs frozen squid would be sold between 2 to 4 dollars. Now, they are being sold for 10 to 16 dollars. Squid, anchovies, sardines and herring are over-fished.
