I've had lobster once in my life. In the UK it's fairly expensive so it's definitely a rare treat. As with almost everything in the US though there's complete gluttony and waste. Kids racing to eat lobster in a speed eating competition? Boils my piss.

For who ever think lobster is expensive. No it is not. Smoking and drinking are expensive and not healthy. I don't mind to spend money for good food at all.

lobster eating contest is way too difficult to judge because there's arguably so many pieces of meat still in the shells or legs....anyone who says is done you could easily check out the shells and legs and be like, "nope, there's still some meat in there". The best lobster to eat is the chinese style with ginger .....love that garnish. Butter is just way too fattening and gross to eat with lobster. Maybe one or two bites is fine but no more butter. Ginger sauce rules.

WTF? the judge giving that Asian guy a piece of scrap. If that being the case then everyone should have their own booth so no one else's piece gets into one another's. Other then that this looks like a blast.
