It is a great spot, i want to go back there and try again. It gets quite busy there through the day though. That big fish IS just around the corner. Hehe 😄
I have fished tally creek so much with lures / flies using scent too and never got a thing, throw live bait and you are on in seconds. The fish in that creek are trained too well.
@@fishingwarriorz yeh so good (except for toad fish) especially when you can pump yabbies or snatch some beach worms with a stocking stuffed with some sardines!
Hi there, we buy our bait from a family run business at the back of Eagleby the prawns are straight from the trawler to frozen. Very fresh!! They are on Facebook Dreyer’s Bait Shop. They are only open on Thursdays though! Other than that BCF is probably the next best place and also there is a bait and tackle shop along marine parade Gold Coast Hwy too 👍
With lure fishing you are trying imitate a baitfish swiming. Keep it moving all the time. Wind in a few turns then jig the rod end, let the lure settle and wind in again. Keep the lure moving. You go to many places which should have great flathead fishing. Flatties will always go a moving lure. Great vids always good and interesting.
