Hi Clayton. Congrats on the great hookups in this vid. Was this done with a cast or a drone drop in order to reach those beautiful size kob? Thanks and keep up the good work!
Hi Carmen. thanks so much. On this trip, it was on drone but around 140m which is within casting distance. At the end of the day, you have clients that have an expectation to go home with something for the pan and the drone definitely helps you achieve that goal.
@@reelanglingadventurescpt Would the drone be able to drop a fly and fly line, attached to a fly rod? Fly lines are heavier, wonder if it will affect the drone pulling it out
Missed seeing the trademark hands and screaming reels. Summer is here and this was an awesome video to watch! Frothing to get my line in the water now. Keep up the awesome content Clay
Hi Cheslyn. Yes all fish was caught on drone, but the fish was close enough to get fish on cast. On days when you take clients out, working with 4 (in this case 2 per client) rods at a time, for a minimum of 6 hours can be taxing. So using the drone in this case helps me and helps clients land these awesome fish.
