On the method rod have you ever tried vitalin, carp go nuts for it and cheap as chips - i never use a pop up either - just a bottom bait or predrilled pellet squashed right in the middle of the bait
@@FishwithJac I might do, Its not doing the best as it’s got a leak and none of the fish are in there, so I’m gonna do a whole new video on it within the next 2 months
Good session. I am Tench obsessed. Try a lift method float close in? Put on a big natural bait….lob worm. Try pellets around as loose feed or a big bunch of red maggots. If there is Carp, you’d get them on a big lob worm. Honestly, early next summer try an early morning session at the secret pond. I wonder how the fish got in there? Is there a water course to and from the pond?
@@jimmycburfield5997 it might have been flooded a long time ago or alot of birds land in there with fish eggs on them. Its both pretty wierd because you dont see a single bird there and the pond is surrounded by field with no water source, atleast thats what i think
For carp I recommend using crushed boilies and stick to 1 flavour, use a booster liquid that the fish would naturally like in that water (live system) and depending on the weather use different flavour boilie hookbaits, so for example I prebaited up a spot this weekend in a VERY hard lake, 1-3 carp pulled out a month and I managed to get 6 runs and landing 3 in 1 night.
Ace 📹 mate keep it up 👍you need to get intouch with the ginger fisherman and snagged bro's am sure they would love to to a fish 🐠 off with you! 😎 👍 👌 ♥ 👣
When fishing in natural waters like this pond you should deffnitly use natural baits like corn, i tried corn on the method feeder and caught huge bream and roach
