Another trip to the wild highlands in search for that last common skate before the end of 2023. We took a gamble as Storm Gerrit hit the British isles and the forecast was going to be horrendous with an only small window opportunities during a 4 day period last night being new years eve . Scottish weather is bad enough at times but chasing these beasts during the winter periods is always best as they like to turn up in numbers through out the Scottish shorelines.
