KG's are on the chew over here atm. End of October will see the end of them as they move to deeper water outside of Spencer Gulf. You are fortunate as they will remain in your deep water, our max depth locally is 18m and I think it gets too hot for them. Fish the sand gutters between the ribbon grass beds as they love that territory, On slack tide they will suck the bait of the hook and if you don't have a rig that is sensitive enough you will miss the bite. On good tide movement they hit the bait harder and you usually can't miss the hit.
