I fish Big Manistique Lake & we don't ever go out before 9am if we are using spinner rigs or lindy-rig. & we smash the fish during the middle of the day. Have lots of days this time of year where we catch 50-100 walleye in a afternoon. Love watching your content👍

Thanks for the comment @loulentz3107 Appreciate it. That lake can definitely get some boat traffic just not until around the 4th of July, and then it's jet skis and speed boats . Thank heavens it's not a lot of fishing boats most of the time 🤣 Tight lines my friend and thanks for watching!

I’m new to crawler harnesses and bottom bouncers, how do you not get all snagged up in weeds? I seem to only have luck with using split shots

@@SlimAdventures you can run them into light weeds but you do grab a couple. It doesn't seem to bother the Walleye. You just bring it in often if it's weedy and clean them off. Make sure you use swivels at line to bouncer and bouncer to harness, otherwise you will have a twisted mess. Drop down only enough to barely bounce bottom. I should probably do a video on the subject 🤔
