I’ve lived in Wisconsin all my life. Great people, great food, great boat engines, great fishing and great fun. FYI: a very important thing was overlooked each day. The one who catches the first fish is suppose to buy ice cream for all fishermen in the group. Wisconsin has some of the best ice cream to hold you over until you deep fry those walleyes. Great filming and editing. As good of production as anything on tv! After watching youtubers like you do it right, I never understand why it takes so many people to create a tv episode.
I imagine it's probably some of the "This is the way we've always done it" that gets in the way. Agreed - good channels like this will change the format forever.
Super excited for this series. You're content has always been fantastic, but it's cool to see a little different style and mini-doc feel to what these kinds of videos are. I'll be tuning in for parts 2-4 for sure!

I grew up in the U.P., spent a lot time in Wisconsin too, beautiful areas, great fishing, enjoy yourselves. If you get up North enough definitely take a dive into Superior, it's worth it.
Was out going for smallies on Erie Canadian side for Canadiana opener every drop was a 3 - 5 pounder was the best opener ever had great year out there . Don’t be scared of big water just plan a few day trip so if winds blow one day you have more time to get out there catch them

Ahhh... home. You went to the most beautiful land in the country! The U.P.! It's where I used to live and it's by far the best place I've lived! And you're wrong about not many people fishing. It's a huge tourist attraction of all sports. You missed out on some hidden gem lakes though. Trophy fish all day long!
Please go into the Detroit River and bottom bounce for some walleye it’s nonstop action, easy, relaxing, and fun to do, and a great tasting fish limits for days!

Love that you came up to the U.P Some day your gonna half to come north 2 more hours and try Houghton/Keweenaw county. So many different species you never know what your gonna get when your fishing in a lot of the area
