I love that your willing to do these tiny species. As I've gotten older there is an appreciation for trying to catch different species. Even if they are only sunnies or shiners. Great job sir.

One thing I love about your vids is they help us appreciate that fishing isn’t just about catching the biggest fish you can. It’s about the challenge, fish variety and just spending time doing something you love. Some of my best memories at the lake were when I was catching small fish or busting my rear for hours to only “bring home” one tiny bass... or nothing at all. You’re one of only two fishing channels that I’ve stayed subscribed to because you keep it real, keep doing what you do Brendan

That kind of fishing is a fun experience. In a tiny roadside stream in Staunton,VA,I pulled out a nice sized blue head chub,on trout magnets,years ago.

I have a tiny pond behind my house and it has fish like shiner there's a few of big ones that are like 3 to 4 inches long and a couple of schools of smaller shiners and a lot of tiny trout

We here in Idaho aren't allowed to use live bait other than worms so yes... I do use plastic baits also but they aren't generally discarded/dislodged from the hook in such a fashion or swallowed by fish... Just something to think about...

Brendan a tip is to not put hooks in the eye of your rod because if it gets scratched it could ruin your line
