Go over the Wrigley's bridge and park when you get on the other side by the boat launch and then you come back up the bridge and you get down on the first pair on your left and they have a big concrete round slab that you can walk all around underneath there if you fish right under that bridge you will tear the flounder up

The best catch is just like that. My dad and I well me and my dad and my brother used to always go catch the fish we will get them porgies and we'll get some red snappers and we will get some other fish but that was the time to get them.
