This Will be a short Challenge series where I will work myself up from the starter lobster boat to the best crab ship in the game. No loan are aloud and I can only fish crab or lobster.
I'm on it. As of right now part 2 is out and part 3 should be out later this week. I'm just wrapping up a long line tutorial that I just have to finish editing then I will start recording part 3.
I've had a hard time trying to lobster fish, mostly figuring out how but watching this. It looks like its 1 pot per tote(storage container), is that right?
Yes, i tried not putting the blue container in the floor and picking up another pot from the sea thinking I could use the same blue container - you can't, you have to drop the blue container into the floor before you can pick up another pot from the sea.
I have problem that I hope someone can help with. Just starting this game (started with tutorial). I am using the first boat, No Yankee. I replaced the wooden pots with 3 steel pots. I then went to a port and tried to buy more steel lobster pots. (I am on XBOX in case it makes a difference). The shop said I have 3 of a possible 12 pots on my boat. It allowed me to increase the amount to purchase to 9 (makes sense as I have 3 and can have a max o 12). I tried using the A button (as the interface showed) to buy the pots AND NOTHING. Won't let me buy. Tried buying one pot at a time, same thing, won't let me buy. Tried other buttons, won't let me buy. I think it will take forever to get to buy another boat (which I really want to do as No Yankee can't have any crew). How can I buy, anyone know? Thanks in advance for any help.
