So your telling me Isabelle's (command) grab can: 1) D-Throw Combo 2) Up, back and forward throws kill 3) Be used mid air (Not to mention making her fall slower too for safe recovery) 4) Hang off of stage 5) Overprioritize *EVERYTHING* else in the game 6) Tether the ledge 7) Be held for a long time 8) Go the furthest distance for any character (Command) grab 9) Move the stick up and down to be used as a taunt 10) Bounces off shield to still have an active hitbox 11) Does lots of damage Downsides: 1) Doesn't beat shield 2) End lag Balance Team: This is balanced ✋🙃👌

Honestly though, if you don't give her breathing room you can pretty easily punish her delays. Don't get me wrong, good move but it also need proper spacing to be effective.
