In my opinion you should start a new series "200 Ponds" because they are all great to watch and learn from. Thanks for your hard work. Tight lines and smooth waters.
Pond 92. That was killer. Best series. Don’t stop at 100. I learn and apply something from almost every video. Enjoy how it gives me ideas and insight to look for ideal spots on the water.
Pretty sure I’ve watched every 100 ponds episode and absolutely love the series! If I had to pick a favorite pond, it would without a doubt have to be KVD’s pond. Definitely a biased pick because KVD is a legend and what an absolute DREAM it would be to not only fish with him but at his own personal pond. I mean come on!
Tyler my wife and I love watching your videos because your educated, smart, talk fast, funny, honest, religious, you tell it like it is and we've never heard you curse. You love life, your wife, friends and family, bass fishing and God. What else is there? To narrow your videos down to one, it's impossible! But we laughed so hard on that video (uncut) when you said I got her 30 minutes late because your boy, had to make 2 stops at a gas station restroom. LOL 😂 and when you kiss the fish and say don't tell your wife. That's good stuff. That being said, we just love you man.
I have recently started watching your videos and it reignited my interest of fishing again. I've never bass fish before and have been learning through your videos. I watched this video last night before bed and went fishing this morning. Caught myself a 2-3 pounder. Thank you for doing what you're doing. Makes learning for noobs like me extremely easy. ❤
Tyler, man you're the best. You have literally helped me catch hundreds of bass. Hundreds dude. I owe it to you. Wish I lived in Texas to shake your hand one day because thank you.
Pond 98 by AFAR I love this series and I don’t think you should stop at just 100 it’s not just this series that’s great all your other videos have taught me to fish and hey because of you my pb is 6 pounds!
Pond 1! I knew it would be an amazing series with tips and tricks most applicable to how me and my sons typically fish. Each video since has been entertaining and informative. Thank you!
in my opinion pond 92 was the best. it was awesome watching you catch all of the bass and they were all good size too! it just looked like you had a ton of fun fishing in this episode and that’s really what us as bank anglers are looking for a great time. thank you so much for another great episode! i love your channel
Tyler, I have learned so much from watching your videos starting this spring when I had surgery so I had time to catch up on this series. I’ve put hours into emulating your techniques and while I’ll probably never be as good as you, I’ve hooked up some serious fish I never would have had I not watched your 100 ponds series. Thanks for your hard work and for sharing it with us! Don’t stop at 100 please!
this pond has got to be my favorite so far. it was clear you were having a blast and it led to some pretty funny moments (the cow speak for example). plus there were missed hook sets, snags, "backlashes" (bnr) and all the sorts of things we all go through but often get edited out. overall the whole video was informative while also being just very real and relatable. top that off with the fact that the location and the fish were both beautiful, and I'm watching this on a sunday morning after church and it just keeps that feeling of serenity and gratitude going.
Prepare for 100 more ponds as the next series😂. Favorite was probably the KVD because of the interaction with him. He’s such a humble guy packed with knowledge and patience. Him taking some time to break it down to you (us) waswas incredible
Pond 92... I will dream about that place for the rest of my life! It's gonna be a sad day when i see the 100th pond episode drop. I hope you still hit ponds often.
I think 92 was my favorite, talking to the cow had me dying, favorite fishing RU-vidr keep it up Tyler I’ve learned so much from this series, don’t stop at 100 ponds, keep doin what your doin.
Awesome series! I found you in the beginning of the summer and have learned a lot! I’ve fished my whole life and just from your videos I’ve learned so much more! I started watching around pond #80 so I need to go back and watch more! I’m from around Buffalo, NY I don’t know if you’ve fished up around here. Also, your brand is awesome! Everything it stands for is amazing!
Pond #92 is the best one for sure. It not just has crazy and a lot of fish catches but you also talk a lot about how to catch them and you give a lot of info. This 100 pond series has helped me a lot to catch bigger and more bass.
Tyler thank you for sharing these great pond adventures and for me watching you fish with the goat KVD on his home pond was a real treat and for him to share some tips of where his monster bass were yes sir! Tight lines take care and God bless!
I think episode 36 is my favorite (although I truly have enjoyed them all). The reason being is that’s when I started fishing a frog and vibrating jig. I was hesitant until I watched that episode and now they are two of my absolute favorite ways to catch ‘em.
That looks fun! Cool video! Dude I liked all the pond videos… can’t just pic one. Enjoy the challenges and successes at all. Appreciate you sharing all.
I think this pond was the best because you just kept getting slammed by fish every single cast. I love your videos!! tight lines!!🐟🎣 Also instead of doing 200 ponds i think you should do ponds FOREVER 😈
My favorite 100 ponds video you have done has to be the one you fished with KVD (ep. 46). He has been an icon to me in the fishing world and to see my favorite youtuber fish with him was just amazing!
If pond 92 becomes open to the public please update the TRF family, I would definitely pay to fish there. Great video Tyler. I’m 30 minutes away from Lake Fork btw, would be great to fish a loaded body of water that’s not extremely pressured😊
Love your videos. Just started last week and already have 3 trips planned for next 2 weeks. Been off work for a while and marathoning your videos while falling in love with fishing makes me forget my injury and gets me pumped to one day be as good as you. This pond shows me a lot of examples of what it looks like to get a good catch, teaches about depth and environments to fish in a lake. Puts you in the headspace of a experienced fisher, literally commentating thoughts as you go. The video in baits and what fish go for (doing research also a big help)
This is by far my favorite "pond" of all you've fished. How on earth could it not be? Beautiful location and perfect sized fish and the numbers... Pond/Lake management done correctly just can not be beat. ...and you did all that from the bank! Frogs fishing is still #1! Some good tips in this one too. Thanks for sharing.
Like always, another amazing episode! I think it is a tie between this one and KVD for myself... just the opportunity to even just take a look at either one in person, let alone fish, would be peak!
I'd have to say Episode 15 is my favorite. I was finally about to learn how to use a jig because of that episode. I've been slaying them on the jig ever since. However, I'm new to bass fishing. All of your 100 Ponds videos and instructionals have helped a TON! Thanks!
My favorite pond was KVDs pond, a pond with smallies, and actually watching you work that jig unlocked some things for me. Something i've been working on this year.
Bro you had me at the tactical bassin part. I was half asleep and I couldn’t remember if I heard their into or not lol. Random question: we know big baits don’t always produce big bass. I find myself when it’s really the last cast, I’ll throw a zal dangerous swim bait or a Berkeley Nessie glide or even a larger swim bait. I do this as a “go big or go home” which I usually tend to go home. Do you have any weird traditions or quirks at ponds/lakes? Best lake video was the VS kvd. This would be a great one off of “think like a pro”
tyler it would be awesome if you could make a series about what you do exactly before a tournament and how you figure out what’s going to work and how to be ready for tournament day.
Tyler, you've taught me so much from me watching your channel. A few things I wanted to say before but forgot: my name is also Tyler, I'm a Bass angler too, and I have those same shoes LOL. Hey we're kinda similar! I think this pond was my favorite in the series, Bass after Bass after Bass is always awesome to see. Keep up all the great things you do!
These 100 ponds are great, but episode 43 was my favorite 100 pounds (pond #85) because it helped me BIG TIME upping my Drop shot game. Keep em coming!
pond 38 was my favorite cuz its my alma mater and that video is what finally convinced me to try using a frog! still gotta practice walking them but i love learning from all your videos! sad to see this series coming to and end. but looking forward to what you have cooking next!
Pound 86 was so mysteriously funny and the amount of thunder crickets lost😭 you should fish Washington DC I think it’s one of the most lethargic places to fish I live close from there and I need help
Best fishing series on YT! Keep them coming bro. I love pond hopping and have a trophy pond myself. Got 2 acres loaded with 2-5 pounders and a couple 6-8 pounders. They are getting so big, I'm having a hard time keeping them from wiping out the bluegills.
92 because i just found your channel not to long ago lol. Dude iv learned so much from you since them. Catching bass more than ever. Dinks dont care but im catching em lol.
This definitely my favorite so far i seen u catch bass back to back and i been following ur channel for a couple months and have learn alot it be really great and awesome experience to fish with u next time ur in my area
Hey Tyler! I would really love to see you do a video on 3 rods (2 casting, 1 spinning) that anyone getting into bass fishing could use to cover the majority of techniques! Preferably for pond bank fishing BUT doesn't have to be lol. Thanks for all the helpful tips as I'm trying to get into it myself!
Great series, I think you need to go to 200 ponds though. I don't know which episode you started talking about weightless flukes, but when you did that and really described it and laid out how they work, I thought man, that looks just like one of my favorite hard jerk baits, but you say it's weedless? Game changer for me, even after years of fishing, I've never had any luck at all with soft plastics until the weightless fluke. Pulled a 2.5 pounder out of Nickajack last week while everyone else was scratching their heads about what to throw. Amazing series, and huge props for working through this, I've enjoyed every episode.
Looks like you got a good workout on this pond. 😂 I have watched all the pond videos so much I can’t choose one so I’m just picking 92 to win the lure of a lifetime🎉
