Great video buddy! Feel bad you lost the lure, always sucks when that happens no matter how cheap or expensive a lure is you still get annoyed haha! I do have a good addition to your "vintage" lure use. A fishing challenge for you and whoever you get to join in. Top 10 garbage lures ever made, pure "gimmick" and for show lures. I got a pretty good idea what lures that would be as well, if you are interested let me know! I can say this much, one of them would be the "Flying lure"

That was funny you show the big bass and that lure was still wiggling in his mouth! It worked good before the Mc Nasty gave you the good old butter line slice! Dang that stinks you lost that lure it was awesome. Cool video.

Nice 1st catch jimbo and a great day except for the lure dealio. Idk what day you went but yesterday the 28th was amazing for me probably because the water settled after that crazy storming i got. i caught 7 bass in 30 minutes. Thanks again jimbo and God Bless

I bought a couple of the at an auction for a couple of bucks ,it was Chuck Woolery lure, yes the Chuck Woolery from the game show. I didn't think it would work, but ended up wearing them out and I caught a lot of 3 to 6 lbs.bass ,I was really surprised

Sup Jimmy. A friend of mine had one years ago, probably in his garage? Nice big bass, couple more. Then the pickerel, lost many lures to pickerel😪. But that's fishing right. Like that plopper put on, nice bass. Ty tc

i keep the shenanigans low, add in the value via some techniques, tackle, weather forecast and just straight up catching! which makes me boring compared to some.. but i prefer catching over BS too!

Did you find that the drawstring affected your hook set in any way?

Negative! Thin sharp hooks! A rod that can bend would be suggested as it can keep the pressure on the fish and the lure! Note some ppl say the lure breaks when they casted it. But that's just user error! Do not cast it like it is a surf casting situation and u be good ^_^
