I think the most important part of a fishing video isn't just showing what lures to use. It's actually showing a video of you using it and catching fish with the technique your teaching. Great video!
Love to see a video about punching or fishing heavy vegetation as a shore angler. All the lakes in PNW nearby are very weedy, and a lot of us shore fish (ie have a wife who doesn’t want a boat).
as if googans bandito bug isn’t close enough to the rage bug, they are just about to release a punching bait that looks exactly like the rage punch bug. googan once again finds a way to copy strike king to a T🤦🏻.
I bet you did not enjoy making the thumbnail for your video i bet the reel and rod where so slimy! I am trying to make better fishing videos on my channel to you know of anything that could make my channel better? I am open to criticism you won't hurt my feelings say what you need to say
Lmbo!! First call and catch was awesome 😎 and funny 😄. I appreciate all the time you put into helping us become “reel” fisherman! People who actually appreciate bass fishing as the truly amazing sport it is.
I think Tyler needs to layoff the caffein…. This is borderline an epileptic seizure that just happens to involve fishing. I had had the sh*ts by the end of this video. He’s literally out of breath, talking about “Punching” for bass. But, he seems like a nice -meth addict- young man, and took the time to do this video, so I’ll do the “like & subscribe”……thing.
Great video. I’m honestly always surprised that a green pumpkin lure can do so well in grass that thick. Feel like I’d naturally lean towards something that contrasts with the grass, regardless of water clarity. Might be the wrong move though 😂
Got my first punch fish today! Had to come back to this newer punch video to make sure I didn't forget any tips or tricks! Awesome video man and thanks for sharing!!!
So I'm primarily a bank fisherman and, and in my favorite spot is a bunch of thick, tall grass at the edge of the water. It definitely does not make a canopy as it is literally just grass, but any time I try to get a lure in it, the lure is forced up and out of the water. This also happens to be where I hear the most fish amd see/hear the most blowups. Got any suggestions?
Hi hope you're well l would like to ask you a question about punching in lily's when the water is clear do you use a leader line on your bride or do you use straight braid .
I've always been curious how well skilled people avoid snags and how they get their hook free if they do get one. I seem to hit a tree or underground debris every time I go out and lose at least one lure.
"How did I know?"... I dunno, maybe being in a $25,000 boat with $5000 worth of electronics helped? Love the vids, but don't insult our intelligence by making us think that the kind of fishing that you do is the "everyman" brand of fishing that we all do LUL
Insult your intelligence? Brother, I am not sure in the slightest where you got that impression from. And to address your comment on the “Everyman” attack on my channel, I didn’t even use my nice boat or electronics to catch these fish or teach this technique. I could have done just as good from a canoe today. My channel is about teaching EVERYONE to become better at catching fish. I have bank fishing videos, kayak videos, large and small lake videos, and yes, sometimes a video where I use the gear I worked hard to purchase. If you can’t find something on my channel that helps you, you must be blind. I’m happy to have you around! I just have to defend my brand when I know it’s helping people
My pond has some thick stuff on one of the edges and i could never get anything through it until i watched your video... Thanks man!!! i landed 3, one was 5.2lb's.... i still couldn't bring myself to pay for the tungsten so i got the 1oz lead with a punch bug. if you are in H-town in can hook you up at my private golf course for fishing & golf :)
@@thelootensbroooo no way you have a golf course in HTX. That’s crazy, I’m addicted to bass fishing, family plays golf so I have always wanted to fish those juicy ponds. In Houston all the ponds are concrete lined, which means I’ve never punched or seen like vegetation in a pond in Houston. I don’t wanna intrude but do you know any spots?
@@TylersReelFishing it was worth a shot! Thank you for your "work" and time making these videos. I've learned a thing or 2 from you and I appreciate you.
Can we punch with a 1 1/4 oz etc punch jig instead of using flipping hooks+ tungsten bullet weight? Only ask as I already have the heavier punching jigs and have no heavy bullet weights for that. Thanks!
Tough technique from a kayak but still fun . The best time for punching ( in my area ) is fall as the leaves fall and form matts. Easy to punch and pull fish out from a kayak ( or shore )
