If the government of the day was too ransparent and loyal the live of all namibians could have been like i dubai... Namibians are living on donor funds while their resources are given away by their government...it also happens today and soon all this will come out.
He could not think for himself? He was not smelling the rat or perhaps the fish that was rotting? If he was genuine and not a corrupt individual himself, at least he should have walked away from the corrupt activities that were taking place.
