Hi Sid, thank you for such a well done video on the differences of the bounce style boots, great job. I just became aware of these boots watching videos of people doing dance workouts in them and I want to do that however, I can’t justify the cost if I can’t get more use of them than that because I workout in many different ways. So my question is…can you tell me more about the terrain you walk in with the fit boots? Especially curious about hills, I have (kind of) steep hills all around my neighborhood so I will have to drive somewhere if I need to stay mainly flat. Also curious about trails? There is a rail trail near me so it is mainly flat there. Any insight would be great! Be well, many thanks…Lady 😊
Hi lady. Glad my video was of help. The terrain I generally walk on is paved sidewalks. You can certainly walk on these on hills, it just takes some getting used to. I think you should be ok on dirt trails. As far as walking on rail trails, I would just be careful. I would need to see the path to get an idea. Feel free to send me a pic: sidstips@gmail.com. Sid, so nice of you to respond right away, the rail trail is free of obstructions so I’m sure that if dirt and grass are ok than the rail trail will be great! Very glad to hear hills are possible! 😃 Cheers to you as well 😄
I have a bad ankle with no cartilage in the joint. I'll like to run but just to painful due to the impact as when my foot hits the ground. Im guessing with something like this the impact in minimal. Also what are they like on trail rather than solid hard ground.
Yes, impact is minimal and you should be ok on a trail. Just be careful of the roots and rocks and also do keep in mind you have some weight on your feet. www.fitbootsfitness.com use code: sidstips at checkout to save 5%
I received my fit boots. Whats different between KS and FB's is the Buckle on the FB's dont stay tight. I find myself having to adjust them 15 minutes into jumping. I want to buy Bounce boots eventually but her peices are a bit much especially when u add in $50 for shipping😢
