I have had requests for Niko's moves before. I do need to go back to that game and take a look at his moves. He had some cool counter attacks.

Do you mean his "stun" attack?

There are weights in the bottom of his cape, as he wraps it into they're face he's also hitting them at different points of they're head. I don't think it would work, but I do think that's what it is

You mean stun attack, called "combo beatdown"? Where he punches them 30 times with speed of light? If so. Joeybslash 3 made a video about it. Just search up on RU-vid "Breaking down Batman beatdown move" and you will see video with punching bag.

You got to say one particular move he uses. Note: It must be possible to be made without jumping 12 feet high.
