Hi Simon , thanks for the reviews. Are the Winning mitts easy to hold compared to other mitts with the grip ball ? From my understanding they don't have really a grip ball, so I'm curious to know how they perform in that regard compared to other mitts with the grip ball. I would also like to know if by any chance you will review the new Cleto Reyes low cut shoes. I'm looking for an alternative to the adams trainer and the Cleto have a thick outsole like the adams, but I can't find any review about them. Thank you.

I'm getting sore wrists from holding the pads. Not from hard hitting, it's just holding them in one position at a particular height for speed work for example. It's messing me up! And now it is affecting my punches too. What pads would you suggest, which are not too expensive..?
