Pontiac used Rochester for all tri-power set ups. Rochester was a division of GM. Holley was more a Ford thing but in the 60's they crept into the GM lineup but not on Pontiac, just Chevrolet high performance offerings.

WHAT?!?! Did you not watch the video? This is a KRE Trade Wind AFTERMARKET Tri Power intake manifold - IT USES HOLLEY 2300 BOLT PATTERN. We are a Pontiac shop - we are well aware of what GM used on a stock Pontiac intake. Both Chevy and Mopar used Holley 2300 based 3 x 2 setups. The purpose of this video - show that a Fitech 39610 is not Holley 2300 bolt pattern.

That is a damn good question but we would not know as we have NEVER heard back from them on this...
