Body Building is a scam for 9-5 jobbers. Here's why! I was going to gym, lifting weights had a decent amount of muscle. I got bored of gym, joined a boxing academy. They don't make me lift weights there but more of body moving exercises for flexibility, ofcourse they make me do push ups/pull ups. I lost almost 8 kgs weight in 6 months. But the real benifit is that I feel so fresh all the time, can feel that my body is far more flexible than before
Athletic bodybuilding is a good thing. Lazy bodybuilding with machines and no stability demands core engagement is a bad thing. No use of muscles you cant use irl.
Who told you that you can't do mobility exercises while lifting weights? You can do whatever you're doing right now in that boxing gym and still lift weights. No need to pit 1 against another. Use everything you can.
I always say this...... If you are NOT training as a a professional bodybuilder, then u should definitely add exercises that have core demand........ Gym does not mean that you only use lazy seated machines, u dont have to do that, gym also consists of squat racks, benches, barbell, cycles, and these are all functional training equipments............. U dont have to necessarily do bicep curls for bicep growth, u can do close grip chinups............ So its not the gym that is scam...... Its the stereotype and less info of common people that dont know much about training😊😊😊

Fantastic podcast ever made on fitness. The depth is insane. Fitness is multi faceted. But Fitness is also as simple as listening to your body. Wow, I am impressed.
Zone 2 ( brisk walk) Cardio for at least 150 minutes in a week is recommended by WHO. That's the bare minimum, you people are saying not to do cardio 😅 Better to understand the importance of cardio and read well research than depending on these people's advice. It's your health brothers , don't be misguided.
@@CuriosConfusion They didn't spoke against yoga , neither do I , they specifically emphasised about cardio and so I shared my views on importance of cardio. Speaking of yoga, basic sun salutations are the least minimum we should integrate in our daily lifestyle. There's nothing lol in what I shared.

Cardio is synonymous with cardiac means for the heart. Many young people are dying in the gym that's clearly not good for your heart. If you want to have longevity in your life do cardio but not for aesthetics only for good health.

Bro please explain little more......maine apna weight loost kiya hai almost 17kgs in 4 and half months....usme maine sabse jyada jigging/running kiya n strength training...but itna running ke baad ab knee pain hota hai frequently jab mai exercise nhi kr raha hota hun..but jab mai track pe jata hun to pain gayab ho jata hai...mujhe knee pain ke liye batao kuchh...kaise healthy karen and also mere ko thora sa knee lock issue hai😊😊😊

Biggest take back, first build awareness in different muscles and figure out your mobility limitations, explore new things but be observant of what is making you fall in love with it. And then focus on progressive overload.

Muscle and bodybuilding is for aesthetics only because most of the workouts just give u only a easy access to lift weights as they are smoothly defined in shape. But to lift irregular weight that goes with our daily life Flexibility and Cardio is required. Also u won't hear a news that a Karate or a Boxing guy or a Muay Thai was knocked down or killed in a street fight. Beacuse either the fight doesn't happen and they neutralize the situation or they make their attackers comatose. And most of the fights that breaks in Disco Clubs or Parties who ever gets injured or whoever had the upper hand mostly all of them are gym goers and they win by using cheap shots. But for a martial artists he can even absorb the cheap shot and make sure the other guys has regrets for the rest of his life before going unconscious
Hey kshitij ,i am much more comfortable with indirect opener than direct opener. I do direct when i see nothing to start from indirect. Here indirect doesn't mean direction but any indirect opener. Should i continue it ?

Navjot is the biggest fitness clown running in the market first is cardio , cardio is not just about endurance and heart health its about Vo2 , brian health and even insulin sensitivity why does he think only 30-40 min of cardio is mandatory i bet only 20 min of Cardio is even greater than anything second he talks about recovery and then he said doing deadlifts,squat, bench press is very important how the hell a natural guy goona recover his lower back and it also gives too much neural fatigue he's just irritating other two guys are just bearing his nonsense
