Hi there Brad I am from the Caribbean and I would like to know is there any one /trainer there at fitness street that would do one on one training session with someone who never stepped foot into a gym.I been looking at your videos and it's very informative and so motivational.Ive never stepped into a gym and got no idea how to go about this i am very interested in coming to fir 6 months and i need to transform my life. Looking on makes one kinda intimidating but I need to do this would you give me some guidance it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for this video. Question for people that have been there. How do you decide which gym to go to? Seems like there are so many options. I am interested in going to a place that does mind/body/yoga type stuff in the AM and then train mma at night. I am not a professional and have no cage fighting ambition. I just want to get in shape in a month or so. Any recommendations??It would be most appreciated.
