Honestly it’s so refreshing and nice to see you being so so honest and talking about how easy it is to become unmotivated or get off track when life gets busy. I often feel like most fitness influencers make their lives look perfect and it puts me down because I feel like that’s unattainable and impossible for me to achieve. I really appreciate your honesty and advice❤️
Would you consider doing a video about how to use equipment? Like how it works and how to set it up. They’re probably mostly obvious but I’d feel more confident if I saw a bit of a demo I think! 😂Love your vids ❤️
I used to be the same way, but then I had a friend show me how to use everything and lost 25 lbs and now love the gym. I was so afraid to go, but one thing I have learned is that the people who work in the gym are there to help you. If you ask a representative, they can show you. Being a girl, you can be even less shy because a lot of Male attendants will be inclined to help you. You're not the first person to go in not knowing what you're doing. Also, most of the machines will have a very clear description of how to use the equipment. You can do it! You will always find an excuse to not be brave enough to go. Just go! You've got this.
Wendy Padilla well I got very determined and I made a plan, I downloaded an app the helped me track my calories and, I workout 5-6 a week an hour -2 hour per day ... one cheat meal on Sunday.. seem easy when you said it but it can be hard but well worth it tbh.
Been watching your videos the past few months and honestly it’s been so refreshing and motivating to be given realistic advice. I dont feel the pressure of getting fit like I used to, now I train because I wanna do it and I’m happy. You’re so inspiring and thank you for the effort you put into your videos and showing that we can get busy sometimes and fall out of focus.

I’ve been doing fitness since 4 years now and i can tell cutting never went under 2000 calories while ppl think you need to go crazy and i love how you really give actual real content and true infos! I love fitness guides too because then sometimes they have moves that I never ever would've thought of doing or show different moves that work the same muscles if I didn't like how one guide was saying how to work that muscle. It just makes it so much easier and I can get out of my head better and focus more on the actual moves

Needed this video so much!! Having a full time job with weird hours, really messes with a gym routine and going from 5 days a week in the gym to sometimes only 2 can be so unmotivating and then being a ill for a week, really puts you in a rut. But this made me realise i need to be less harsh on myself and be proud for still getting to the gym. Best fitness RU-vidr out there!! Love ya hun xxx

First off, at the start of the year i came across your youtube channel and you motivated me to start working out again. I have not been working out for a year and it really took a tool on my body, but slowly i do progress. Maybe not in weight, but i feel more stronger, more energy, and more musclea then before when everything was wably. So thank you and i will continue my journey of excercise 😁

Hi boo, I’ve lost 3kg in 4 weeks and I’m feeling really motivated about my weight and more importantly fitness. I got a McDonald’s wrap yesterday because the kids wanted to eat there, it’s all about a happy medium in my mind :)

You’re a gorgeous inspiration to me, I have been trying to get into better shape for a while now but don’t think I am getting the progress I would like to have. Example I focused on my outer thigh muscles the other day using bands, and for three days now my thighs have been in SOOO much pain. I have banana+protein powder+peanut butter and soy milk shakes after I work out or protein bars. My diet is pretty good and high in fruits mainly. I don’t have dairy because it flares up my acne. I’m 5’3, ~102lbs, waist is 24”, around the booty is 33”. I really want more booty and a more toned belly, but due to a rib condition I have naturally stopped using my core and glutes for basic tasks resulting in horrible back pain. I find core exercises really burn me out too but the more I do them the less back pain I have. I do all my workouts at home, I don’t have any fitness clothes. Do you recommend I dabble each area (core, thigh, glutes, arms) each day or dedicate a day for these areas? How do you know when you are ready to start adding weights? What do you do when you don’t feel the muscle you want activating? I find I have a hard time with my glutes not activating or my core muscles. Once this busy part of my life settles down I will be getting your fitness plan❤️

The problem I'm having is I had to take 6 weeks off over the school summer holidays from training. (Single mum problems !) Now I'm attempting to get back at it but the doms are so painful I'm not able to train again ! I kept my squats super light yesterday, only did 6x8 at 50 and stretched well after and I'm in AGONY today. It's so so hard starting over.
Really loved this vlog, even as someone who's been lifting for a while need these reminders to be accepting of my body whilst still trying my best to improve. Thankyou for being so wonderful and encouraging, at this point you could probably just walk around in a towel talking about shit and I would watch it 😂 love you x
