Just a reminder ki meri haath mai ek full plate hai with 5 screws uske according mai workout karta guys ik is se bhi zabardast workout plans rehte and i have did it phele jab plate nahi thi haath mai tab toh jin logo ko nahi malum ye unke liye tha mssg cause maine dekhe bhaut comments ye better hai ye aisa hai ismai tricep mai tension nahi aara ye aisa form sahi nahi 😅

Hello snax, personal suggestion for you, tbh I'm a trainer as well and noticed few things here 1. Doing behind the neck rope extension after doing cable skull crushers makes no point as both targets the tricep through the same style in fact both are the alternative for one another... If one has a problem doing skull crushers can do behind the neck rope push downs and vice versa 2. There's literally no point to do cable kickbacks, it's usually done with dumbell if there's unavailability of ropes coz doing it with dumbell places us in the direct opposite direction of gravity but doing it with cable is like useless coz you can do the same thing standing and it would result in the same muscle being targeted but without being in an awkward position bcoz the resistance now is coming from the cable and there's literally no need to bend down while you can do it standing. 3. Most importantly while hitting hammer curls the trainer said that it targets the brachio-radialis which is false it targets the brachialis muscle which sits beneath the bicep and is not visible physically which the trainer also points out that it's there but it's beneath the bicep. I mean I'm not trying to degrade the trainer few of his tips are okay but some tips or facts he's stating is misleading and shows lack of knowledge and obviously I don't mean to offend you, you're one of my fav streamers in s8ul but I'd suggest you to change your trainer and search for a better well knowledged guy for your betterment

Thanks for the info sidhant will definitely look in to it about the kickbacks i cant do it with dumbells because of the plate which i have in my hand and doing it with cable is more comfortable for me

​@@SnaxGaming no no I'm not telling you to to kickbacks with dumbells even I don't suggest it due to many reasons but if you have cables then there's no need to bend down you can just stand straight and place the pulley at the top and do normal push downs with single hand which would do the same job as bent over kickbacks but with greater stability and not being in awkward position and i know about the plate in your hand that's the reason I'm advicing you to not strain it by doing something slightly wrong .BTW keep up the gym content I'm excited to see how much gamers like us can excel in keeping our body healthy

You need to go to full range of motion on preacher curls, unlike what the trainer is suggesting here. The trainer says, "Pura stretch nai karna nai toh tendon pe load aayega" when the idea is ki tendon pe load aana chahiye, jyada nai but managable load so that over time tendons ki strength develop ho. Tendons develop at a much slower rate than muscles and hence you need to train them from the very beginning. Stronger tendons will help you avoid injury when you go heavy on your sets as you progress over time. Search "preacher curl tear" and you will find videos of jacked up guys with big arms tearing their biceps on this exercise with heavy weight. It happens because they never trained full range of motion on smaller weights, their tendons never developed and when the weight is higher it forced their arm to stretch and put the load on their weak tendons. The remedy is to lower the weight on this exercise but go to full range of motion. In Snax's case specifically, he had a bicep tear sometime back while arm wrestling and it's possible his doctor might have suggested to not stress the tendons. In that case, the trainer's advice is correct.

bicep tear ki wajah se hi load jyadda na lagge isseliye full range of motion nhi kr rhe woh... dheere dheere range bdaynge...mera bhi horkha tha so dr ne bola tha ki no need to stop training bas load kam karo and if we dont train after injury then woh body part weak hojayega and injury chances increases so recommended yahi rheta ki after injury train karo kam load lo

Snax Bhai Mai ek student hun 11 class ka aur apko 8th class se follow krta hu and mene apni body ko 10 months me bohot acha improve Kia h aur mene ek chiz notice ki h ki hum gym se strength to gain kr lete h but us level ka endurance nai aa pata ek dum thak jate h so mene week me 2 din running krna bhi start kia ab alag hi feel hota 🫶🏻

You don't need these many excercises for one muscle only, instead increase the intensity of the sets in that one exercise which you enjoy and train till fuckinggg failure...you will yourself know that those 3 hard sets are much much challenging and destroying. Quality>>>>Quantity ❤
