pull the straps of the watch, then you will see two black piece of plastic poking out of each side of the watch, where the straps were( don't worry you can attach the straps back to the watch)and one of them has two gold stripes, plug that one to the USB port of your phone charger

Me neither. Maybe this is a scam... just saying. Edit: It's not a scam. I found how it's happening. Just go to the settings and give permissions to calls, sms etc. Because the app is built for an older version of android. That's why it crashes when trying to reach the info it requires (because permissions are blocking it's way) and it says "device disconnected" But this is actually a toast message error. The error is wrong. The device is not disconnected, it couldn't connect because of the permissions. You're welcome.

Pull the straps off, the watch connects directly in to any usb charger plug. No cable, all attached to the watches. You might have worked out by now however.
