The two, two, two method - 3 easy steps to how to properly fit your helmet
First, try the helmet on to ensure that it fits snug. The helmet should sit level on your head and low on your forehead-two fingers above your eyebrow. If your helmet has a visor make sure it sits parallel to the ground
Next, use your two fingers to check if your straps form a V under your ears. If not, adjust the slider on the straps to form a “V” slightly in front of and under the ears. Lock the slider if possible if one is present
Lastly, buckle the chin strap and tighten until snug. You want to ensure that no more than two fingers fit between your chin and the strap.
