Those plastics made the bike look really good! My 08 CRF100 needs its plastics replaced and I thought about going back OEM, but after watching this video, I might do something similar to what you did🔥
Props on making this video 👍 Although, I just did it, and it seems like I really didn't need to grind down anything from the rear. I used a dremel cutting mine and now that it's mounted up, seems like I didn't even need to cut it... Just drill the holes... Did have to trim number plates.
Random question 2003 XR80r I have no seat n there pretty hard to find what would be a good solution if anyone could help maybe xr 70 seat or crf 70 seat any help!!
Hmm I would be the 80 and 100 will interchange but the 70 is smaller so maybe the seat would fit but if it looks weird or fits well will be an experiment. Hopefully someone who may know more will chime in!
I was debating if I should try and get a crf 70 seat and the plastic kit you used and see if that would work would I have to change the stock xr80 gas tank to a crf 70 as well or would it work with the xr80 tank
@@xvdeathgamervxl1384 Depending on the year models, the 80 and 100 seats are the same (XR to XR and CRF to CRF). The 70 seat is surely smaller but if you can get them for much cheaper it may be worth trying to see if it will fit. I don't know if it will fit well though. I also don't know if the 70 tank fits the 80/100.
Need help . Got my kiddo a 100crf for x mas. A used one. Need new plastics kit. Of course there does not seem to be such a thing. So i can get one for a honda 70? And make it work as a single mom ?? Lol I really need help . I d k what to do Why cant u just buy a plastics kit for a honda 100crf?? I dont understand
That's what I made this video to help with. You should be able to get a real cheap plastics kit for the 70 and make it fit with not too much effort. I tried to show all that goes into the swap in this video.
