Fitting the mold,Normally USA mold shop call blue in ,the purpose of fitting is to verify if the cavity side and core side match good enough.the process process is: 1,Put red or blue ink to cavity side,form a very thin film to cover the cavity side.2,Press the cavity side to core side,simulate injection molding process.3,move away the cavity side and check the color on core side. if all the contact area have the color,it means two half match very well,it will not occur to flash in injection molding production,if without color,then we need to improve the mold.
