Hello, Can you please share exact diet and training plans in pdfs? Or somewhere on the platform where the exact information is available. 1:1 training plan and diet charts just for the public to get the maximum benefit

Can you explain how his TDEE would be 3000 calories? According to TDEE calculator the maintenance calories come up to 2000 cals.
