Beer League Bender wasnt dirty at all I've done way worse in Midget hockey where i nearly sent a guy through the glass (not competitive hockey)

He lost his balance really easily and it's like he wasn't expecting someone to fight for the puck which was wrong, hockey is a contact sport you can't be losing your balance really easily. He had his right arm off his stick but it seemed more like his hand went on his back to try to guide him into the board standing up not falling down. Honestly I think the ref gave him a five and game for injury. By the way I was also a certified ref and I played hockey for years, so I would say that would be a 5 minute penalty

5 or 6-peat league champs in the highest division offered. really that good. usually only lose 1-2 games a season if that. i played 6 games with them all wins

The guy lost his edge. But, I think the stick came up around his face after the player cleared the puck out. I think it was kind of poor sportsmanship on the player that got hurt. BLB tries to give him his stick and he just skated off. Then, he hands him his stick at the bench and was still being a baby about it.

Play wasn't dirty in my opinion, maybe a 3-4 based on the result of the play, and not the intent. Your player went into the corner with speed, and the defenceman positions himself in front of your guy attempting to block his access to the puck, he completely engaged your player. Being a non-contact league, I assume he wasn't really prepared for the bump and we all saw the result. Your guy is in the clear IMO. That being said, I enjoy the channel and your content a lot! Kinda fun to watch some easy going beer league hockey in Cali, I play Tier 1 Senior mens hockey in Canada here and it just looks like you guys have so much fun on the ice. #BLB! Keep up the good work man!

Colt Jorg number one rule, in the NHL at least, is if you see back numbers don't hit. I wouldn't say dirty, more of not smart

I think you mean to say it’s a ‘no-check’ league not ‘no-contact’. Non-checking leagues encourage body contact when positioning for the puck. In non-check you shouldn’t shove or run into people, so I completely agree with what you said.

That give n go was classic textbook hockey. My ghetto ass dreams to come play with you lads once but currently I'm in a town of 150 people, all we have is an outdoor rink, and I haven't been able to put my skates on yet because the weather hasn't been consistently cold enough. Only have a jersey, gloves and a stick anyways but I had full gear and played defence on a team for six years as a kid so once I've got the money to order some stuff I'll be sure to use code bender. If I buy a jersey and send it to ya will you sign it and send it back? Quality content as usual ya graceful moose. keep ya head up and your stick on the ice.

He has to be wayyyyy more careful when a guy has his numbers to you. Hit the friggin brakes and take it easy. You can still forecheck just don’t forget not to drill his face into the dasher, intentional or not

It wasn't very dirty but I would say it wasn't smart to do, I'm a hockey player and you could tell he was just trying to play the puck but gave the guy a little extra nudge so I see the penalty but obviously that wasn't what he went to do.
